Composite Tokenizer

This is higher level of abstraction of Tokenizer.

It should allow getting composite tokens, ie:

$variable->methodCall(); $variable->field;

ClassName::methodCall(); ClassName::constant();

$_GET['b']'c';

use statements etc.

It also allow getting normal token
