Generate sprite for modular application

Generating sprites for use for icons, is common practice to reduce HTTP request for image based icons. While it is fairly easy when dealing with one set of icons, it is becoming tricky when icons need to be generated for modular application.

This sprite generator will collect all icon sources via signals, make them unique and additionally it will generate searchable cheat-sheet for icons overview and usage help.
